Return Parameters

30-day return window from delivery date. Components must be unused, unmounted, and in original packaging.

No restocking fee for compliant returns. Return shipping at customer expense unless defective part.

Initiate returns via [email protected] with order number and reason for return. Include high-resolution photos of component surfaces.

Defective parts: we cover return shipping and provide replacement within 48 hours of receipt. Performance issues require detailed description of malfunction including round count, ammunition type, and measured reset force if possible.

No returns on installed or modified components. Custom-machined items non-returnable unless manufacturing defect.
