Data Collection Protocol

At checkout, we collect: name, shipping address, email address, and payment information. Payment processing handled exclusively through Stripe - we never store raw payment data on our servers.

Order history retained for 7 years for warranty validation and product improvement analysis. Email addresses used solely for order confirmation and shipping notifications.

Zero marketing emails sent without explicit opt-in during checkout. We do not operate mailing lists or promotional campaigns.

No customer data sold, shared, or transferred to third parties except as required for order fulfillment (shipping carriers) or legal compliance.

GDPR/CCPA compliance: Data access and deletion requests processed within 30 days. Contact [email protected] with "Data Request" in subject line. European orders processed through Stripe's GDPR-compliant payment infrastructure.

Site analytics limited to basic traffic measurement via self-hosted Matomo instance. No behavioral tracking or cookie-based profiling implemented.
